Description Category: History

The study of history using mathematical
methods to simulate historical trends and
cycles. The idea of a psychohistorical
method as put forward in the novels of
Isaac Asimov in which future patterns are predicted from past
performance cycles.
Chaos and complexity theory used in the
effort to find a new science. Per Bak's
self-Organizing criticality and sand box theory are topics of
discussion. Markovian
economic models ,Lotka- Voltera models,

Are you implying that mathematics can't be used to simulate behaviors of
ancient men/ Neanderthals / AMH/ etc?
Or that you think it is beyond the abilities of most sap readers,
that they are so closed mined as to not try
and is a futile post here?
After all it took forty years for pre-Clovis to be recognized
with abundant evidence... Some people think
sap has relinquished it's claim to being a science.
